What materials work best and where to acquire them (this includes brushes, surfaces, frames, and miscellaneous items.

Most artists will complete two miniatures during the workshop.

EXPLORE YOUR CREATIVITY
Stimulate your artistic creativity and imagination using the vehicle of mixed media. Using combinations of watermedia, pastel, pencil and collage - or whatever media you choose - become a more expressive painter. Have fun getting and developing new ideas and become more proficient at using your intuition to create exciting artwork. Learn how to dig deeper into the right brain using techniques that will spark your creativity and spontaneity. This no-fear class is appropriate for both the beginning and the mid-level painter. A materials list will be provided after registration.
OIL PAINTING

TWO DAY WORKSHOP
Saturday & Sunday 10:30am - 4:30pm

In this fun two-day workshop, your fingers will experience the joy of painting brilliant, swirling fall leaves and a forest of gorgeous, white- barked birch trees. Emphasis will be on building texture. Day 2 will teach you how to choose your own scene and apply the techniques learned on Day 1. Perfect for all levels, including beginners.
